Hermosa Beach Neighborhoods

Hermosa’s Sand Section is where it is all happening! From the funky shops, bars, cafes and nightspots at the Pier and along Pier Avenue, to the festivals and competitions at the beach, The Sand Section is always bustling. The homes are compact, with, well, the beach front as your “backyard!” The “walk streets” keep traffic at bay and create micro neighborhoods, perfect for that summer clam bake! Sleep to the sound of the waves, watch the sunset over the Pacific, this is “beach living” at it’s best.

Hermosa Valley

Just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the beach, Hermosa Valley has something for everyone, from quiet single family residential, within walking distance to Hermosa’s middle school, to more affordable options for the hardworking twenty-somethings looking to buy their first home.  And you may even get a view of the ocean!

East Hermosa Beach

East Hermosa is full of homes with spectacular views and also more affordable single family homes, within walking distance to the Hermosa View Elementary School, as well as Mira Costa High School.
